Acceptance of Terms
- By accessing and using our services, you agree to be bound by these terms and conditions
- These terms apply to all services provided by Endustry Plant
- We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time
- Continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of any changes
Services and Deliverables
- We provide digital development services including web, mobile, and SaaS applications
- Project deliverables are defined in individual service agreements
- We maintain ownership of our proprietary tools and frameworks
- Client retains ownership of their business logic and content
Payment and Billing
- Payment terms are specified in individual project agreements
- Invoices are due within 30 days of issue unless otherwise specified
- Late payments may result in project suspension
- All fees are quoted in USD unless otherwise agreed
Intellectual Property
- We retain rights to our proprietary code, frameworks, and tools
- Client retains rights to their business content and requirements
- Custom code developed for clients belongs to the client
- We may showcase completed work in our portfolio
Confidentiality
- We maintain strict confidentiality of client information
- We sign NDAs when required by clients
- We protect trade secrets and proprietary information
- Confidentiality obligations survive project completion
Limitation of Liability
- Our liability is limited to the amount paid for services
- We are not liable for indirect or consequential damages
- We provide services 'as is' without warranties
- Force majeure events may affect service delivery
Termination
- Either party may terminate with written notice
- Payment is due for work completed before termination
- We will transfer project assets upon final payment
- Confidentiality obligations survive termination
Governing Law
- These terms are governed by the laws of California
- Disputes will be resolved through arbitration
- Venue for legal proceedings is San Francisco, CA
- Severability clause applies to these terms
